My hometown in kaixian county in chongqing, its scenery is not quite so beautiful, guilin, hangzhou market is nothing like Beijing and Shanghai so busy. But now, my hometown has changed dramatically.

因为家乡四川是盆地，土壤十分的肥沃。于是春天的时候，我出生的那个小镇总会变成花的天堂。瞧，迎春花开放了，黄色的，娇小的花瓣好像是为春天而生的。迎春花的美丽引来了不少的游人。你看，围观者不仅是人，蜜蜂和蝴蝶似乎听了消息似的，都出来采蜜了。那迎春花好像知道有蜜蜂要采蜜的样子，刚才还合拢得紧紧的花苞绽开了，蜜蜂和蝴蝶在上面快乐地吮吸着。春雨过后，春笋便冒了头。一个小小的笋，细长细长的，惹人怪喜欢的。我不禁拔了一个小的，嗅着甜美的土的气息，心里别提多美了。

夏天自然也不会输给春天。看那荷花微微张开的花苞，池上无数蜻蜓飞来飞去，正巧一只落在那花苞上，正应了诗句“小荷才露尖尖角，早有蜻蜓立上头”的意境。“轰、轰”几声打雷，雨也连忙赶了过来。夏雨永远是那么急的，像一个赶集的中年妇人一般。雨是不同的，春雨总是带了几分秀气的，下的永远那么安静;夏雨便不同了，下的倾盆大雨，有一股定要行人成为落汤鸡的气势，来势凶猛，却下不了多少时间，这就是夏雨的特色。下过雨后，天放晴了，天气闷热了，人们都躲进了屋里不出来，动物都尽量静止不动。也许这更是夏天的特色。

秋天是一个红色和金黄色的世界。道路上的枫树的叶子都红了，好像一个个大红灯笼，似乎有大喜日子的到来。可不是，秋天确实是一个大喜日子。你看，一片金灿灿的稻田里，农民的脸上露出了幸福的笑容。打谷场里，打谷声又响了起来，虽有些刺耳，但也是秋天的一种乐声啊。农民的欢笑声、卡车声、打谷声、割麦声，各种声音集在一起，汇成了秋天特有的音乐会。

我的家乡是江山。江山市位于浙江省西南部，浙、闽、赣三省交界处。家乡地域宽广，总面积为平方公里，地势南高北低。家乡素有“东南锁钥，入闽咽喉”之称，是浙江省的西南门户和钱江源头之一，浙赣铁路、黄衢南高速公路和在建的杭长高铁贯穿全境。

江山市山川秀美，自然景观秀丽奇特。被誉为世界自然遗产景观的江郎山，三石耸立，带有些许仙人之气，云雾缭绕使江郎山如同被仙人用仙斧劈过，直插云霄，有上九天揽月之势，雄伟壮丽，如同仙境;仙霞岭，地处浙闽要冲，由四关组成，山势险要，峭壁千仞，绵亘百余里。旧有“天霞之险”之称，历来成为兵家必争之地，注定成为一座浴血之关。市郊南边的老虎山，西边的鸡公山，各具特色，惟妙惟肖，还有大陈岭、坛石、大桥一带的天然龙洞，奇异瑰丽。

People are beginning to attach much more importance to their health these days than ever before. They begin to realize that good healthis the most valuable possession a person can have. However, many people don’t know how to stay healthy although great efforts have been made in this regard. In my opinion, there are three things we can do if we want to be in good.

First, we should have the right food, because proper nutrition is the most important for good health. Avoid foods with lots of sugar and fat. Eat plenty of high protein foods, vegetables and fruits. Do not overeat. Secondly, we should get proper amount of sleep, because without enough sleep, we will often feel tired and irritable. Allow ourselves at least eight hours of sleep each day. Have a nap at noon if time permits. Finally, we should exercise regularly, because’life depends on exercise’. Regular exercise strengthens our hearts andlungs. In addition, it prevents us from putting on weight.

If everyone is to do so, there will be much lecomplaining about poor health and there will be much more happinein our life.

I went to Hainan with my parents when I was eight years old . We went there by air. It was my first time to take a plane so I felt really excited and happy. We stayed there for four days .The weather was pleasant and the air was fresh.

We Walked on the beach on the first day .there were only a few people. The quietness and pleasure we had is just like walking in our own garden .

the next day ,we went to Wuzhizhou Island. The sea there was clean and it is the best place to go diving .we could enjoy the beauty of the limitless sea and the blue sky . we lied down on the beach and listened to the sound of waves . At the perfect moment, I felt I was on a sailing boat above blue sea.

We took a car which is for sightseeing to travel around the island .the wind there is quite big.

There were many kinds of water sports such as swimming ,diving and so on . we went diving .Before we dived ,the instructor had already taught us how to dive .Although we didn’t know how to swim , we had a really fantastic time there .

On The third day ,we went to the Yanuoda Rain Forest. We Saw many kinds of trees and flowers there. We also went to the Butterfly Valley. we saw many butterflies and they were really wonderful.
