第八条违约责任

一、供气方的违约责任

1.由于供气方的责任性事故，给用气方造成损失的，供气方应当**进行赔偿。

2.供气方在检修供气设施前未**用气方，给用气方造成损失的，供气方应当**进行赔偿。

3.由于**行为而造成燃气停止供应、气压降低及气质低于合同标准，使用气方受到损失的，供气方不承担赔偿责任。

二、用气方的违约责任

1.用气方未按照合同约定的用气性质和使用范围使用燃气，给供气方造成损失的，用气方应当**进行赔偿。

2.用气方未按合同约定交纳气费，自逾期之日起按日向供气方加付所欠气费______%的**金。

However, you seldom find such a variety of people in a smaller town. I think that living in an area where everyone was just like me would quickly become boring.
